From Slovenian log to Slovenian house!
The house, from log to final construction, is completely Slovenian – Slovenian wood is processed in our own plant, Žiher les, which ensures high quality and control over the entire production process.
The foundation of a quality and energy-efficient house is an advanced assembly of exterior and interior walls, ceilings, and roof structure. All elements are made from certified materials that ensure high thermal insulation, fire and earthquake resistance, and excellent sound protection. The construction is also designed with flood safety in mind – using moisture-resistant materials and appropriate details in the lower parts of the building. In case of damage, the modular design allows for quick and cost-effective rehabilitation without interfering with load-bearing elements.

CONSTRUCTION PHASES
All construction phases include the organization and management of the construction site by the Žiher hiše contractor, including the logistics of transport and assembly of elements with a crane and scaffolding.
I. Construction phase: Assembly of structure and basic installations

- installation of ceilings on the ground floor and towards the cold attic

II. Construction phase: Electrical installations and final technical works

- heat pump with outdoor and indoor unit

- preparation for photovoltaics
- preparation for air conditioning

Preparations for photovoltaics and the implementation of a ventilation system are also included. In this phase, the house is already approaching its final appearance, with all the key technical elements.
III. Construction phase: Final interior finishing and preparation of the building for handover

Documentation
The basic offer includes the following documentation:
- project documentation for obtaining opinions and a building permit (DGD)
- projects for execution PZI
- PHPP calculation
- air tightness test
- project of execution works PID: if there is no change in the period between the preparation of the project for execution (PZI) and the handover of the building, the PZI is converted into PID free of charge.
