From log to final construction, the house is completely Slovenian – we process Slovenian wood in our own Žiher Wood facility, ensuring high quality and control over the entire production process.
The foundation of a quality and energy-efficient house is an advanced assembly of exterior and interior walls, ceilings, and roof structure. All elements are made from certified materials that ensure high thermal insulation, fire and earthquake resistance, and excellent sound protection. The construction is also designed with flood safety in mind – using moisture-resistant materials and appropriate details in the lower parts of the building. In case of damage, the modular design allows for quick and cost-effective rehabilitation without interfering with load-bearing elements.
