text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<h3>Job description:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing offers, pro forma invoices, cost estimates, and cost analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing additional charges for customers.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and preparing sampling protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Collecting and analysing data on the costs of materials, labour, transport, and other variable costs.<\/li>\n<li>Cooperating with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotations and set prices.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and maintaining databases for material prices, labour hours, and other project elements.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing price analyses and forecasting potential cost risks.<\/li>\n<li>Carefully reviewing technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with required standards and quality.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with designers, project managers, and suppliers to align project requirements and costs.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating and monitoring project activities and ensuring projects are completed on time.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with project managers, employees, customers, and external contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and maintaining schedules, work plans, and overseeing their implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Resolving any inconsistencies or conflicts that may hinder project progress.<\/li>\n<li>Optimising processes and eliminating bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow.<\/li>\n<li>Education and training in line with the needs of the work process and the adopted plan.<\/li>\n<li>Performing tasks required for the smooth fulfilment of the employee\u2019s planned obligations, taking into account the employee\u2019s knowledge and abilities, and performing other tasks as instructed by the direct supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1772196833606{margin-top: 60px !important;}&#8221;
